Richard Ngarava is a Zimbabwean left arm fast medium bowler who has established himself as one of the leading pace bowlers in international cricket for Zimbabwe. Known for his height, bounce and ability to move the ball off the seam, Ngarava has represented Zimbabwe across formats and has delivered important performances with the new ball and during the death overs.
Playing Style
Ngarava bowls left arm fast medium and uses his natural angle, pace and bounce to challenge batters. He is particularly effective with the new ball and can generate movement through the air as well as off the pitch. As a lower order left handed batter, he is capable of adding useful runs when required, although his primary strength remains his wicket taking ability with the ball.
